6/100 octopus /tako タコ🐙

When I started studying English in a countryside of Japan (junior high), believe or not, we were taught "in the US they do not eat octopus and squid because they are considered as devils"😈!

After years and years to see whether this concept was true or not, I offered them to my guests with my heart beating. Then the concept has flipped over!
I have seen few guests who does not, which I understand and no problem, but many seem enjoying this😆

This recipe is from Kazuyo, who is my classmates of Spanish. She has been cooking Japanese dishes more than 50 years (I guess?) and always tell us her simple amazing dish🥰

Okay, maybe the next one is to offer alive one...? I mean, the big legs are separated from the body but they are still alive and sometimes stuck inside our 👄 I love them because they have amazingly elastic texture, but my sister does not at all🥹The alive one is more Korean way and it is not very popular among Japanese neither. So... my survival guests member have escaped from this one🤟
