Ramen and Gyoza (dumplings) Course 

We received many requests from guests for this course, and it's here! Many guests think that good ramen broth takes a day or more to make, but we made the simplest and tastiest recipe that you can easily remake at home! We will make the broth and the char-siu pork from scratch in this ramen making class.
Gyoza (dumplings)
consist of a minced pork and vegetables filling, wrapped in thin dough, and pan-fried.
