Miso (Japanese Soybean Paste)/ Tofu Course
Miso (Japanese Soybean Paste) Course
Miso is a traditional Japanese seasoning produced by fermenting soybeans with salt and the fungus Aspergillus Oryzae, known in Japanese as kojikin.
During our Japanese cooking classes, we heard that many guests don't know how to use Miso properly, and it tends to rest forever in the back of the fridge.
So we decided to have a special class where you can learn about the basics of Miso, how to use Miso in various ways, and cook four special Miso recipes.
Did you know there are more than 100 recipes using Tofu?
Tofu is a traditional Japanese food, rich in protein and low in calories, so it is known as one of the healthiest foods in the world.
If you take this class, you will be able to use Tofu properly wherever you are through learning the basics of Tofu and using our four special recipes.
We hope this class will contribute to a better life for you.
