Miso (Japanese Soybean Paste) CourseMiso is a traditional Japanese seasoning produced by fermenting soybeans with salt and the fungus Aspergillus Oryzae, known in Japanese as kojikin.
During our Japanese cooking classes, we heard that many guests don't know how to use Miso properly, and it tends to rest forever in the back of the fridge. So we decided to have a special class where you can learn about the basics of Miso, how to use Miso in various ways, and cook four special Miso recipes.
