A couple from "The Uwaga Pie Studio" (www.youtube.com/theuwagapies) took our "everyday meal
in Japan" class (We have uploaded before) the other day.
At the end of the class, they enjoyed lotus root and green bell stuffed with minced pork, some side
dishes and miso soup cooked by them. This main dish is popular in Japanese home, but not in restaurant. So they
enjoyed local dishes!
